we hope you love your purchase. if an item isn't suitable please contact us when you receive your order to request a refund. after you've notified us the item must be returned within 7days.
items should be returned unworn, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
please take care when trying on garments and avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or other marks as this will result in us not being able to give a refund.
customers are responsible for return postage when an item is returned.
we recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked, in accordance with your statutory rights.
